Who doesn't Love a Chocolate Pudding?

Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup SR flour sifted
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 tablesp cocoa sifted
pinch salt
1/2 cup milk
50gms butter melted
1 egg
1 teasp vanilla
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 3/4 cups boiling water
vanilla
Method
Preheat oven to 180C
Prepare a 6 cup capacity ovenproof dish
Sift flour, salt, and cocoa into a bowl
Add sugar and mix well
Whisk milk, vanilla, and melted butter together
Make a well in dry ingredients
add milk mixture to dry ingredients
Mix till smooth
Spread evenly into a prepared ovenproof dish
Combine sifted cocoa and brown sugar
Sprinkle over top of batter in baking dish
Pour in water carefully over the back of a spoon
Bake in for 50-60 mins
Serve with ice cream or cream or both.
