Team Building

As adults, we are all aware of the importance of a team in the workplace. The role is no different in early learning and this really is where it starts. This is where most children first learn about "teams." Team building activities in Early Learning helps children to feel like part of a community and their Kindy Community is often their first encounter with a "community"

Team building isn't just a skill that children need when they go to school, it's an essential skill that they will use for the rest of their lives.

These little Dragonflies are having sack races and whilst they are having fun doing this, they are actually building confidence, learning about team spirit, and learning how to work as a team. Learning to work with others and encouraging each other while participating as part of a team shows them the success that comes with team participation.

These little Dragonflies are outdoors, having fun, while all the while they are team building.
