Peanut Coconut Slice

This is a delicious recipe that takes only a few minutes to make

All the dry ingredients go into a bowl, the butter is melted and added and it is then pressed into a slice pan and baked. It couldn't be easier!!! Ice with an easy lemon icing while still warm

Peanut Coconut Slice

Ingredients ¾ cup coconut ¾ cup raw sugar 1 cup SR flour 4 ozs raw peanuts 4 ozs butter Nuts for the top

Lemon Glaze 1½ cups icing sugar 1 tablesp lemon 1 tablesp boiling water

Method 1. Combine coconut, flour, sugar and peanuts 2. Add melted butter and mix well 3. Press into 11 x 7 tin 4. Bake at 180C for 15 -20 mins 5. Ice with lemon glaze while still warm
