Using Cotton Tips to paint with is a wonderful and simple way to help develop fine motor skills. The fine pinch grip required to hold a cotton tip in place and to move it around on paper to paint is ideal to build those tiny hand muscles
This is the perfect opportunity to talk with the children about colours. Getting them to name the colours to learn which is which and even talking about which colours are brighter than others
