Japanese Pancakes


These pancakes are amazing ...... So light and fluffy


Japanese Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 yolks

22 ml milk

35 gms flour

2 gms baking powder

1 teasp vanilla flavoring

3 egg whites

25 gms sugar

a few drops of lemon juice


Method

1. In a bowl, whip the egg yolks with the milk

2. Fold in flour and the baking powder sifted

3. Separately whip egg whites till stiff

4. Add sugar and lemon juice.

5. Add vanilla

6. Fold these two bowls of ingredients together

7. Cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil or butter

8. Seve with fruit or jam and cream
