Fast Noodles with Chicken and Corn (or Peas)

Need to have a meal on the table in 15 minutes? Try this one!

Noodles with Chicken and Corn Ingredients 4x 72g pkts 2-minute noodles, chicken flavour 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 onion finely chopped 2 cloves garlic finely chopped 200g middle bacon, rind and fat removed, diced 2 cups cooked BBQ chicken, chopped 400g can creamed sweet corn 1 cup frozen sweet corn or 1 cup frozen peas (or both) 300ml tub lite cooking cream 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, finely chopped

1 tablesp sliced mild red chilli Method 1. Cook noodles for 2 minutes. Drain well. 2. Reserve flavour sachets 3. Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over a high heat 4. Add bacon, onion and garlic and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until bacon is crisp. 5. Add bbq chicken, creamed corn, corn, peas, chicken flavour sachets and cream 6. Fold through and cook for 1 minute.

7. Add chopped shallot 8. Add the noodles and stir to combine. 9. Using tongs, divide the noodle mix between serving bowls and sprinkle with parsley. 10. 10. Serve garnished with chopped parsley
