Choc Chip Cookies

These Choc Chip Cookies are delicious. We have made them and the boys loved them!
The recipe makes a lot which is great because they freeze really well! They are totally #droolworthy and we bet you can’t stop at one! Your kids will love these. They run rings around the supermarket additive & preservative-filled ones any day.

Choc Chip Cookies Ingredients 250 gms butter, room temperature (make sure its soft) 200 gms raw sugar 2 eggs 250 gms milk choc chips 3 cups SR flour 1 tsp. vanilla paste or extract (recipe linked above)
Method 1 Line two baking trays with paper and preheat oven to 180C 2 Cream butter and sugar using a handheld beater 3 Add vanilla and eggs one at a time beating well in between each egg addition 4 Remove beaters and fold in flour and choc chips.
5. Mix well until the mixture comes together 6 Roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
7. Place them on the baking tray. 8 Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked
9 Cool on a wire rack.
